01Services

One address.
The whole chain.

Most plastics projects need five suppliers. With us, one is enough: we develop, build the mould, manufacture, finish and assemble – and every step is also available individually.

  1. 01

    Develop

Your idea becomes a data model – and a part you can hold in your hand.

Hand sketch, sample or finished CAD data: we design your product ready for series production and print functional prototypes in-house.

    Develop
  2. 02

    Build the mould

The injection mould is made where production will later take place.

Milling, EDM, grinding: our mould shop builds your tools itself – and maintains them for as long as they run.

    Manufacture

From the first sample part to high-volume production.

Injection moulding up to a part weight of approx. 1,600 g, additive manufacturing, stamped metal parts and welded plastic assemblies.

  4. 04

    Finish & mark

Surface, colour, logo – how your product presents itself.

Painting, chrome plating, gold plating, vapour deposition, pad printing and laser marking – coordinated from a single source.

02Your benefits

What's in it for you

Six reasons why companies have had their plastic parts made by us for decades.

1Point of contact

One order instead of five suppliers

Design, tooling, production, finishing and assembly are all with us. You coordinate with one person – not with a supply chain.

1,600 gPart weight

From clip to housing

We mould plastic parts of up to approx. 1,600 g – from thermoplastic materials ranging from ABS to high-performance plastics such as PEEK.

from 1Piece

Small quantities welcome

Prototype, special edition, small batch or major order: we produce the quantity you actually need. Ideal for start-ups and production ramp-ups.

24 hResponse time

A fast reply

We respond to your project enquiry within 24 hours on working days – with an assessment, not a holding pattern.

€0Mould maintenance

Your mould is in good hands

We are convinced of our quality: we carry out maintenance and servicing work on the moulds we build free of charge.

50+Years of experience

Family business since 1971

More than 3,000 projects and over 200 customers. We have worked with many of them for years – because deadlines and quality are right.

03Location

Why Made in Germany?

Because a plastic part is only as good as the path along which it is created. With us, that path is short: development, mould making, production and assembly are located at one site in Untermeitingen – between Augsburg and Landsberg am Lech in Bavaria.

  1. 01

Short distances instead of long supply chains

Designer, toolmaker and machine setter work under one roof. We discuss changes with the part in hand – not across time zones.

  2. 02

    Your mould stays within reach

The mould stays on our premises. Corrections, maintenance and repairs are handled by our own mould shop – without containers, customs or waiting times.

  3. 03

    Your know-how stays protected

Drawings, data and samples do not leave our company. We treat your enquiry in strict confidence.

  4. 04

    Deadlines you can plan with

No sea freight, no minimum quantities per container. You call off the quantity you need – and you know when it will arrive.

  5. 05

    Quality that is documented

Our own quality assurance, sampling together with you, final inspections and functional tests – traceable by serial number on request.

  6. 06

    People you know

More than 50 employees, many of them trained by us. You reach your contact directly – and you are welcome to visit our production at any time.
