Unlike two-dimensional printouts, a 3D print lets you actually hold the object in your hands – and not only assess the later product better, but also try it out.

Progress wins: test and develop solutions in 3D before production.

Since 2012 we have been designing and developing models in 3D using the latest processes.

02
With 3D printing, complex objects can be produced quickly and precisely. This speeds up product development, reduces costs and minimises errors.
03
3D models are included in the development phase and are created internally without relying on third parties. This speeds up the process and saves additional effort.
We offer 3D models in two different processes: with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), particularly durable components are printed from genuine thermoplastics ranging from ABS to PLA. Even complicated designs and cavities can be reproduced with this technique. With stereolithography (SLA), delicate structures and smooth surfaces in particular are produced from resin.
Both processes require three-dimensional CAD models. You can provide these or have them created by our model designers in-house. Developing models in-house gives you decisive advantages: in addition to direct influence on quality, you remain as flexible as possible with regard to changes and also benefit from faster processes.
Processes
Depending on the requirement, we print sturdy and large – or fine and highly detailed.
max. 800 × 800 × 1000 mmFused Deposition Modeling
In the FDM process, thermoplastic materials such as ABS or PLA are applied layer by layer. Ideal for functional components that need to be mechanically resilient and durable. Even larger prototypes up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm can be produced economically.
max. 110 × 110 × 150 mmStereolithography
Stereolithography enables particularly smooth surfaces and delicate structures. Liquid resin is cured layer by layer using a UV laser. Perfect for visual models, design samples or complex geometries up to 110 × 110 × 150 mm.
