Additive manufacturing

Series parts without tooling: industrial 3D printing with a build volume of up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm.

Additive manufacturing

When a mould is not (yet) worthwhile.

We have been 3D printing since 2012 – and since 2024 with significantly expanded capacity for industrial additive manufacturing.

01

Design freedom

Additive manufacturing enables complex geometric shapes and structures that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with conventional production methods. Products can be optimised and customised more easily.

02

Cost efficiency

By eliminating tools and moulds and reducing material waste, additive processes save costs – especially for smaller quantities or customised products.

03

Speed

Fast prototypes, shorter development and production times: particularly valuable when launching new products and when customer requirements change.

From one-off to printed series.

In 2024 we expanded our capabilities in industrial additive manufacturing and invested in seven additional 3D printers. This allows us to produce not only prototypes but also small batches, fixtures and special parts directly from your CAD data.

As a provider of XXL 3D printing, we produce components with a build volume of up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm. And when the quantity grows, we switch to injection moulding under the same roof – with our own mould shop.

Processes

Two processes, one goal: your part in your hand

Depending on the requirement, we print sturdy and large – or fine and highly detailed.

Fused Deposition Modelingmax. 800 × 800 × 1000 mm

Fused Deposition Modeling

FDM Robust, suitable for everyday use, versatile

In the FDM process, thermoplastic materials such as ABS or PLA are applied layer by layer. Ideal for functional components that need to be mechanically resilient and durable. Even larger prototypes up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm can be produced economically.

  • Particularly sturdy and durable parts
  • Wide choice of materials
  • Ideal for fit and load tests
  • Cost-efficient for larger components
Stereolithographymax. 110 × 110 × 150 mm

Stereolithography

SLA Fine, precise, with an eye for detail

Stereolithography enables particularly smooth surfaces and delicate structures. Liquid resin is cured layer by layer using a UV laser. Perfect for visual models, design samples or complex geometries up to 110 × 110 × 150 mm.

  • Very high level of detail
  • Smooth, aesthetic surfaces
  • Ideal for presentations & design reviews
  • Suitable for small, complex components
