Mould making to measure.
Our mould shop covers all processes such as milling, 3D milling, 5-axis milling, CNC turning, die-sinking EDM as well as surface and cylindrical grinding – supported and controlled by common CAD/CAM programs. We manufacture injection moulds in various designs and are able to implement almost any requirement, whether a new build or the modification of existing moulds.
Our range extends from simple open-close tools to split moulds, slide moulds, unscrewing moulds and stack moulds using hot runner systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic auxiliary systems. All our moulds are precisely made, durable and easy to maintain. We also offer maintenance and repair services.
